At Turnabout Luxury Resale, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our curated collection; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  Contact our customer support team or visit your local boutique to provide your order number and reason for the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the luxury item in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
