What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on online orders within 7 days of delivery, provided the security tag remains attached and the item is in its original sold condition. Please note that all in-store purchases are final sale.
How can I sell or consign my luxury items with you?
You can bring your designer items to any of our retail locations for an immediate buyout offer or consignment agreement. For high-end luxury bags and jewelry, we also offer a convenient online appraisal service through our website.
What condition can I expect the items to be in?
We only accept items in excellent, near-new, or new-with-tags condition. Any minor wear or imperfections are clearly documented in the product description and photography so you can shop with full confidence.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Currently, we ship within North America, but we are looking to expand to international destinations soon.
