What is your return policy for online orders?

We accept returns on online orders within 7 days of delivery, provided the security tag remains attached and the item is in its original sold condition. Please note that all in-store purchases are final sale.

You can bring your designer items to any of our retail locations for an immediate buyout offer or consignment agreement. For high-end luxury bags and jewelry, we also offer a convenient online appraisal service through our website.

What condition can I expect the items to be in?

We only accept items in excellent, near-new, or new-with-tags condition. Any minor wear or imperfections are clearly documented in the product description and photography so you can shop with full confidence.
